Kelly Perry, LCSW

Kelly has 18 years of clinical experience in mental health therapy. She has worked with various populations during this time. She has extensive experience and training geared towards the treatment of trauma. She worked with combat veterans for many years, as well as those who have experienced childhood trauma. Kelly is EMDR certified, IFS level one trained, CPT trained, DBT certified, NARM trained, and Safe and Sound Protocol certified.  For more information on these therapy modalities, see the Services page.  Kelly provides in person therapy from her office in Springvale, Maine, and telehealth services. 

Under the “No Surprises Act” of 2021, all health care providers are required to inform individuals who are paying out of pocket for services that they are entitled to a “Good Faith Estimate” of the cost of expected charges for treatment. A Good Faith Estimate will be offered upon scheduling of first appointment.

Out of pocket fee for 60 Min individual psychotherapy: $150

We accept the following insurance: Aetna, Anthem, Harvard Pilgrim, Mainecare, Medicare, Martin’s Point, Optum VA community care, UMR, and United Healthcare

At this time, Kelly is unable to take on new clients.

Kelly has offered speaking engagements to various organizations on mental health treatment for Veterans. Kelly has offered peer consultation groups, guiding clinicians in their use of Polyvagal theory in their practices. She has assisted Deb Dana, LCSW, first as a consultant, and then a senior trainer for her Rhythm of regulation intensive foundation course.  For more information about that course, please visit www.rhythmofregulation.com  Kelly partners with a dear friend and colleague to provide intro courses on Polyvagal Theory.
